EBS 자주 보시는 분들은 아시겠지만 여행관련 프로그램이 꽤 많습니다. 유명한 사람부터 생소한
사람까지 한분씩 나와서 여행하는 동안의 모습을 찍는 프로그램이 있었는데 위 사진과는 동일한
지역이 아니지만 대부분은 저런 형식이더라구요. 그때 보석 채굴에 대해 나오는 장면이 있었습니다. 남자분이 주인공이었을때는 저 깊은 곳까지 들어가더라구요. 정말 아무런 안전장비없이 그냥 들어갑니다. 이후 주인공이 바뀐 후 다른 지역에서 어떤 아주머니분이 주인공이었는데 그 아주머니는 들어간다고 하다가 결국엔 무섭다며 못들어가시더라구요..
정말 열악한 환경에서 일하는데 저것도 아니면 다들 굶어 죽는다고 하더라구요.
(대부분의 사람들이 다른 직업이 있었는데 잘 안되어 실업자가 되어 저런일을 한다고 하더라구요)
당연히 교육은 말할것도 없이.. 태어나서 죽을때까지 여자분들은 가족들 도와주고
남자분들은 게속 저일하더라구요..
세계적으로 보석수요가 계속 늘어나는 추세라서 사람들은 점점 많아지고 보석은 더욱 더 찾기
힘들어 진다고 하네요.
