Auguste Toulmouche (1829 - 1890)
Auguste Toulmouche (1829-1890), French painter.
He was an artist with images of beautiful women in the interior. Toulmouche was born in Nantes on Sept. 21, 1829 and died in Paris on October 16, 1890. He was a student of Marc Gabriel Charles Gleyre (1806-1874). In the first exhibition of Auguste in the 1848 Salon, in 1852 he won the medal of the third class, second class medal in 1861, and a third class medal in 1878. In 1870, received the honor Toulmouche Kavalera Order of the Legion of Honor.
