약 한달전에 인도네시아, 발리에서 개최된 2008 Asian Beach Game의 장면들입니다.
스포츠와 문화, 게임(매 2년마다 열리는)들을 활성화 시키고, 관광 사업을 촉진시키며
국내 경제를 지지하고 인도네시아 같은 개최국들을 세계에 맞써 보여줄 의도로 개최되었습니다.
2008 게임은 6,000명의 선수들을 불러 19개의 스포츠 종목에서 71번의 게임을 통해 선수들끼리 경쟁을 했습니다.
스포츠는 잘 알려진 비치 발리볼, 트라이슬론(Triathlon), 아시아인들에게 더 잘 알려진 Takraw, Kabaddi, Pencak Silat등이
포함되어 있으며 다음 아시안 게임은 오만(Oman)에서 2010년에 개최하기로 예정되어 있습니다.
